Coors Brewing Company, in cooperation with Clear Channel Entertainment, will promote the first-ever Coors Light Mountain Jam at the Red Rocks Amphitheatre in Morrison, CO. A day-long, end-of-the-summer festival of music and activities on August 30, will feature performances by 50 Cent, The Doors 21st Century, Korn, Evanescence, P.O.D., The Roots, DMC, American Hi-Fi, Gov't Mule, Groove Armada (DJ set) featuring live percussion with Patrick Bongo Jesus and Toots and the Maytals, with additional acts to be announced.
At the heart of the business is Ben Baller - born Ben Yang - who parlayed his experience in the music industry into a line that taps into the thriving 'gangsta rap' and hip-hop subculture, having produced pieces for prominent American rap stars such as Fat Joe, The Game and Nas. Baller himself fits the bill. Before a photo shoot, he slips in his diamond grills - braces with diamonds instead of orthodontic wires - and eases around his neck a pendant the size of a baby's arm and in the shape of California: 300 carats of princess-cut yellow diamonds with glacier blue gems representing the Pacific Ocean.

Faith Ringgold, whose powerful quilt paintings and mixed-media works stitched together a rich patchwork of intricate—and often provocative—narratives around the subjects of race, gender, and Black life in America, has died at the age of 93.
Born and raised in Harlem, Ringgold started out teaching art in the New York City public schools during the 1950s and the 1960s amid the swirl of the Civil Rights movement at a time when Black artists—and women in particular—were all but excluded from most mainstream galleries and institutions.
In a recent round of Q&A on her Instagram, Luke Combs' wife Nicole replied to one fan who asked about nursery plans for their soon-to-be second child, explaining that the new baby will eventually share a room with their nine-month-old son, Tex.
That's in part because the couple live in a two-bedroom house, meaning that Combs and his wife share one bedroom, and Tex — plus his baby brother, after the youngest child is ready to leave his parents' room — sleeps in the other.

Shine bright like a diamond, or three Rihanna’s incredible halftime performance was another one of her history book moments. The comeback was just as exemplary as expected, including her major Loewe x Alaïa masterpiece. We don’t know what everybody is talking about more right now: her superb outfit, her stellar 14 minute performance, or the fact she used the occasion to announce her pregnancy with baby number 2. Iconic.
Tom Cruise in Jack Reacher: Never Go Back. The trailer for this week’s Jack Reacher: Never Go Back begins in the aftermath of what looks like a particularly bloody brawl. Reacher, played once again by Tom Cruise, sits handcuffed in a diner, spouting tough-guy dialogue at the (presumably corrupt) cops who’ve come to arrest him. But don’t pay attention to his words. Pay attention to his controversial face.
