裝瓶後，酒品置於零下八度的冰溫中進行熟成，帶有「荔枝的甜美熱帶香氣」，以及「芒果與醋栗的溫暖花香」。
微微的酸度與輕盈的酒體相輔相成，口感相當滑順甘美。
吉力酒藏為「十四代」黑標特別訂製的專屬瓶身，從酒瓶到酒標都以黑色系貫穿，集結高木酒造極緻的釀造工藝氣度。
不僅日本料理，酒造亦建議以「十四代」搭配各國菜系，包括法式、義式以及亞洲各國料理。
在低溫飲用時，優雅的香氣能夠與口味清爽的開胃菜及海鮮料理搭配。
當溫度稍微與室溫接近，清酒風味會轉化得更加馥郁，更適合與口味厚重的菜餚一起品嘗，如奶油風味的魚料理以及紅肉等等。
