Dakota Fanning Is Angelic in a Gauzy White Layered Fendi Gown

Dakota Fanning looked ethereal while walking the red carpet Wednesday night at the world premiere of her new Netflix show Ripley.

The actor arrived attended the after-party at the Hollywood Roosevelt in Los Angeles casually wearing a stunning creation from Fendi’s Spring/Summer 2024 couture collection.

The piece was an asymmetric gown in a powder-white hue. A completely sheer panel covered Fanning’s clavicle, while the rest of the dress was crafted from delicate layers of a sheer white gauzy fabric that flowed in diagonal waves all the way down to the carpet and swished as she walked.

Styled by Samantha McMille, Fanning finished the angelic look with romantic white-stone jewelry, including two-stone teardrop earrings and a ring. Her blonde hair was styled straight down, behind her shoulders, and she wore natural rosy makeup and a hint of shimmery white eye shadow.

Fanning has been showing off her elevated, minimalist style for the past couple of weeks as she has been promoting the series, which is based on Patricia Highsmith’s 1955 crime novel The Talented Mr. Ripley.

Last week, Fanning attended Netflix’s Ripley NY Tastemaker event at New York City’s Crosby Street Hotel, along with younger sister Elle Fanning, who went to support her. The sisters were the most stylish guests at the party in their contrasting looks. The Sweet Home Alabama star looked so chic in a sleeveless black maxi dress with a black blazer tied around her waist and layers of Cartier diamond jewelry,

The star of The Great, meanwhile, went all out in a fabulous silky red trench coat, black tights from Calzedonia, black ballet flats, and a black handbag.
