KOWLOON Park's bird lake and aviary and caged areas within the Zoological and Botanical Gardens will be cordoned off in the evenings of the Mid-Autumn Festival from September 8 to 10, to spare the animals the noise of revellers, the Urban Council said yesterday.
A spokesman also reminded visitors that littering could bring a $500 fine and 14 days in jail.
The Gardens' Fountain Terrace and the rest of Kowloon Park will be open until midnight.
